Whoever think we don’t sweat during sleep in wintertime, I’m not sure…This single night perspiration (raw) chart is indexed as a “camel” and data is matched on the Oura ring dataset.
It’s a lower mid-range sweat rate compared with all other 572 nights of this visualised dataset (technically). During winter “elephants” are pretty rare by our index, but it’s not that we don’t sweat!
